Thayer Dental Laboratory launched its fall clinical program schedule with “CAD/CAM Implant Restorations – The Future Has Arrived.” The program was presented by internationally renowned clinician, professor, author, and researcher, Dr. David Little – and co-sponsored by Dentsply.  The focus of the program was on state-of-the-art CAD technology for case planning and the ability to have predictable results with the advent of Compartis® ISUS custom milled overdenture bars, hybrids and bridges. Compartis® ISUS implant solutions provide comfortable, stable, screw-retained appliances that are milled from a solid block of either pure Grade 4 Titanium or Cobalt Chrome alloy – providing a consistently precise and passive fit.

Doctors praised two outstanding programs held at Thayer Dental Laboratory this spring.  The first program was entitled: “Clinical e.max® Indications & Predictable Cementation Options” and was co-sponsored by Ivoclar-Vivadent. Attendees were provided latest information about e.max® lithium disilicate and the science behind it, its clinical applications, as well as preparation and cementation techniques to maximize a successful clinical outcome.
