Thayer Dental Laboratory utilizes two types of delivery services. To find out which service is best for you, just locate your practice on the map and match the color-coded area with the pick-up / delivery service below.

If your practice is located in the teal color zone, our Thayer delivery personnel will stop at your practice every business day... free of charge.

If your practice is located anywhere in the United States outside the teal color zone, you can receive a same day pick-up by calling Federal Express at 800-463-3339 before 4:00 pm* or if more convenient, you can take your case to any Federal Express office.

To obtain pre-paid air bills, just call us at 800-382-1240.

Once you have received your air bills, please follow this procedure:
1. Fill-in section one of the air bill as pictured below:

2. Affix the pre-printed Federal Express air bill to your casework box and call Federal Express for a pick-up at 800-463-3339.

3. Upon completion, your case will be sent back via UPS.

4. We pay for shipping both ways (Federal Express second day service for incoming cases and UPS for outgoing cases).
